Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you ask us to design and supply a made-to-order van sign kit.

Your design order
The website price is an estimate based on the vehicle and kit selected. We confirm the exact specification and total before production. Please check that the registration, vehicle, wording, telephone numbers, spelling and other information you provide are accurate.
The £25 artwork deposit
The £25 deposit starts the design process and is deducted in full from the final kit price. If we cannot produce a design that you are willing to approve, we will refund it. If you decide to cancel after design work has begun, the deposit is not refundable because it covers work already carried out. This does not affect your legal rights where our service is faulty or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Proof approval and payment
We will send a proof for your approval. Production starts only after you approve the final artwork and pay the remaining balance. Your approval confirms that the layout, colours, spelling, numbers and supplied details are correct. Screen colours are an indication and can vary from the finished vinyl or print.
Made-to-order goods
Every kit is created to your specification and is therefore personalised. The usual right to cancel an online purchase simply because you change your mind does not apply once personalised production has begun. Your rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Delivery
UK delivery is included unless we agree otherwise. Our normal aim is to dispatch within seven working days after final artwork approval and cleared balance payment, but any stated date is an estimate unless expressly agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed.
Installing your kit
Our kits are intended for customer installation. You are responsible for following the fitting instructions, checking conditions and ensuring the vehicle surface is clean, sound and suitable. Printed panel kits require careful positioning and trimming. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, unsuitable surfaces, contamination, extreme conditions or alteration of the supplied graphics.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for business losses or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
